Each brand will offer their own delivery options.
A confirmation email will be sent to you once our brands have received your order.
Time scales for each item are displayed on the product page ready for you to select.
You will receive an email when your order is dispatched.
Orders may arrive in separate packages.

Returns & Exchanges
If you would like to return your item(s), please fill out this form. We will then email you with the address you will need to send your item(s) to.
There is a 14-day return policy from when you receive your item. Once you have passed this, your item is non-refundable. Some items are non refundable but will be stated on specific products if so.
Returns will be at your own expense and we do recommend you use a tracked postage service to confirm receipt - My Kids Tribe is not responsible for any lost items.
All items must be returned in the same way they were sent to you- unused, undamaged all labels and tags remaining.
Any items not received in a resalable condition will be returned back to you.
The following items are non-refundable-
Damaged or used items.
Socks, undies or tights.
All items must be returned with original packaging.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days and you will receive a confirmation email notifying you of this.
